Cancellation Policy
Appointments require a 30–40% deposit at booking. Waxing and basic facials require a 30% deposit, while brow services and advanced facials require a 40% deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable once inside the 48-hour cancellation window. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours, as well as no-shows, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
